Kenzo Rewards

Six plates, and the next bowl's on me.

Order from my menu and every ₹1,200 of food fills a plate on your card. A smaller order fills part of one, and that counts too. Party packs and meal plans fill the same card. Six plates and I cook you a bowl, free. No points, no balance to keep track of, nothing to work out. Just a card that fills up. It never expires, and there is nothing to join.

— Kenzo

The honest bit, first

Same kitchen. Same menu. Same prices, wherever you find us.

I'm not going to tell you my food costs less here. It doesn't — a dish is the same price on my counter as anywhere else you'll find it. What's different when you order from me directly is that I can see you came back, and I can do something about it.

  • 01No platform fee here. You pay for food and for delivery, and that's the whole bill.
  • 02A card that fills up. Every ₹1,200 on the menu fills a plate, and part of a plate counts. Six plates, and a bowl is on me.
  • 03Nothing to keep track of. No balance, no points, no expiry date in your calendar. Your plates just sit there.
  • 04A person who answers. The same WhatsApp number that confirms your order has a human behind it, always.

How it works

Three things, and that's all of it.

01

Order from me directly

At order.chefkenzo.com, or on a meal plan. What counts is the food you paid for, after any coupon. Delivery and any weather charge aren't counted, because those aren't mine to give back.

02

Your card fills up

Every ₹1,200 of food from the menu is a plate, added once the order has been delivered. ₹1,800 is a plate and a half, and ₹600 is half of one. Party packs and meal plans have their own rate, below.

03

Six plates, a bowl on me

Pick a bowl from my reward list at checkout, whenever you like: with an order, or on its own. Plates past six go straight onto your next card.

What's true about it

Four things, and you can say all of them to a friend.

01 /

Plates never expire.

Not after a year, not after three. Come back next week or next winter and your plates are where you left them. If it's been a year since your last order, I'll check the number is still yours before I show you the card, because phone numbers get recycled. Nothing comes off it.

02 /

Part of a plate counts.

A ₹600 dinner is half a plate, and it stays on your card until the rest catches up. What fills the card is the food, not how you split it: two orders never fill more than the same food ordered once.

03 /

Nothing to join.

No app, no card in your wallet, no sign-up form. Order with the number you already use on WhatsApp and the card is yours. Ask me any time how many plates you have and I'll tell you.

04 /

The bowl is a real bowl.

Off the actual menu and cooked the same way. Not a sample, not a side, not something I'm trying to shift. You choose it from my reward list.

If you've not ordered with me before

Your first one is 20% off.

Up to ₹200, applied by itself at checkout — you don't need a code and there's nothing to type. Your card opens with that same order.

One first-order offer per phone number, and one per home. It comes off the food, so what you see on the button is what you pay. After that it's the card, and it fills the same way for everybody.

Got a six-digit code on a Chef Kenzo bag label? That's a welcome too, and it's a bowl instead: one from my reward list, on me, with your first order here of ₹1,000 or more of food you pay for, within 30 days of the order the bag came with. Type it at checkout where a coupon would go, and the cart tells you if you're short. It's one welcome each, so you get the bowl or the 20% off, never both. It's also one per home and one per card or UPI ID. If the one you pay with has had a welcome before, the bowl comes off, you're told why, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Your card

₹1,800 more and the next bowl's on me.

However you eat with me

One card, whichever way you order.

Dinner from the menu, a party pack for a crowd, or a meal plan that arrives every day: it all fills the same card, as the food arrives.

From the menuA plate for every ₹1,200 of food, once it's delivered. Part of a plate counts.
Party packsA plate for every ₹2,500 of food. A pack paid in two halves fills its plates once the balance is in.
On a meal planA plate for every seven meals delivered, added as they arrive, not when you pay. A seven-meal trial fills one plate, and lunch and dinner for a month is a bowl on me with a start on the next card. A plan you didn't pay for doesn't fill it.
All of themOne card. Plates from your plan and plates from your own orders sit on the same card and fill it together.

If you eat with me often

Four tiers: treats, never a faster card.

Everyone starts on Classic with their first order. Spending through a year moves you up, and each tier adds a treat or two. Your card fills the same way whichever tier you're on.

ClassicFrom your first order: the plate card.
Silver₹15,000 in 12 months: a small dessert on your birthday.
Gold₹50,000 in 12 months: everything in Silver, plus free delivery on every menu order here, free bowls included, and a first taste of new dishes. A chef's tasting box from me when you get there.
Platinum₹1,00,000 in 12 months: everything in Gold, plus a small dessert with every menu order of ₹750 or more.

What counts is the food you buy from me directly (the menu, party packs and meal plans), after any coupon. Catering doesn't count. Reach a tier and it's yours for twelve months. If your spend has dropped by then, you go down one level at most. The treats come with menu orders at order.chefkenzo.com, not with meal-plan deliveries. Your orders page shows how far you are from the next tier.

The small print, said out loud

What this doesn't do.

No app.

WhatsApp and a browser. That's it.

No points, no balance.

There's nothing to convert and no rupee balance to watch. You have plates on a card, and that's all.

Plates don't expire.

Ever. There's no date, so there's no warning message either. Nothing of yours can quietly go.

The card only gets shorter.

Six plates to a bowl might become fewer one day. It will never become more.

No fee, ever.

This isn't a subscription. There's nothing to cancel and nothing to pay for holding a card.

Plates aren't money.

They can't be cashed out, sold or moved to someone else. They're a thank-you for eating with me, and that's all they are.

A refund takes its plates back.

A cancelled or refunded order fills nothing, and anything it put on your card comes off. If you'd already spent those plates on a bowl, the bowl's on me. Your card never goes below zero.

Few messages, and never late.

About your card and your orders. Never after 9:30 PM. STOP works the first time, and stopping messages never costs you a plate.

No draws, no odds, no contests.

Nothing here is left to chance and there's nothing to enter. What fills your card is written on this page.

Same prices, everywhere you find us.

I don't sell my food for less here. I give you a reason to come back to me for it.

A programme you can explain to a friend in one sentence is a programme with nothing hidden in it.

Straight answers

Questions people actually ask.

How do I join?

You don't. Order from me directly and the card is already yours, against the number you order with. You'll be asked to confirm you're 18 or over the first time you sign in, and that's the whole of it.

How many plates do I have?

It's on your orders page at order.chefkenzo.com, with how much more food fills the next bowl. Or ask me on WhatsApp and I'll tell you.

Does a small order count?

Yes. Part of a plate counts, so a ₹600 order from the menu is half of one, and it waits on your card for the rest. Delivery and any weather charge go to the rider, so they're not counted either way.

Does a big order earn more?

By exactly what's in it: ₹3,600 of food from the menu is three plates. And splitting one basket into two orders never fills more than ordering it together, so order whichever way suits your evening.

What can I get with a full card?

A bowl from my reward list, which the checkout shows you. Take it with your next order or on its own, whenever you like. On its own, the normal delivery charge applies, unless you're Gold or Platinum, when delivery is on me. If you've filled more than one card, you can take several bowls in one order. A free bowl doesn't add plates of its own, and plates past six go straight onto your next card.

Do my plates ever run out?

No. There's no expiry date on a plate. If you've not ordered for a year, I'll check the number is still yours before I show you the card, and nothing comes off it. Account credit, the kind I issue when something's gone wrong with an order, is a different thing, and that one is good for twelve months. The refund policy covers it.

What if I cancel an order?

A cancelled or refunded order fills nothing, and any plates it put on your card come off. If you'd already spent them on a bowl, the bowl's on me. Your card never goes below zero.

What's the six-digit code on my bag label?

A welcome: a bowl from my reward list, on me, with your first order here of ₹1,000 or more of food you pay for, within 30 days of the order the bag came with. Type it at checkout where a coupon would go. It takes the place of the 20% off rather than adding to it, because it's one welcome each. The bowl doesn't fill your card, but the food you pay for does.

Can I give my plates to someone?

No. Plates are a thank-you to you, so they only make sense on your number. If you want to treat someone, order for them. The food still fills your card.

Tonight's counter is open

Your card starts with tonight's dinner.

Same kitchen, same menu, same prices, and every ₹1,200 on the menu fills a plate. Six of them and I cook you a bowl.
