Refund Policy:

  1. All refunds will be subject to the maximum of the order value.
  2. Refunds will be entertained only within 3 hours of the order delivery time.
  3. Refunds will be initiated to the source account.
  4. Refunds will be verified by the agent of Kenzo Kissan India Pvt Ltd and Kenzo Kissan India Pvt Ltd has the right to deny refund claims with proper reasoning to the customer.
  5. A refund can be also in the form of a coupon discount, credit notes and other such instruments and will be at the company's discretion.
  6. False claims will not be entertained.
  7. For bulk orders, refunds will not be processed.
