05Grievance redressal & escalation
In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the DPDP Act, 2023, this is our published escalation path. Every level is a real inbox read by real people.

All queries — including trademark, privacy, refunds, partnerships, and press — can be escalated to contact@kenzok.com. If you remain unsatisfied, you may approach the consumer forum of competent jurisdiction or, for data protection matters, the Data Protection Board of India.
06Advertising & data use
We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and Google. Our ads comply with Meta's Advertising Standards and Commerce Policies and the ASCI Code; we sell real food at real prices, and our pricing claims ("from ₹249/meal") reflect actual published tariffs. This website uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel for measurement, as disclosed in our Privacy Policy — including what's shared, and how to opt out. We do not run ads targeting children, and we do not sell personal data.
07Payments & banking
- Payments are collected by Kenzo Kissan India Private Limited through RBI-authorised payment gateways, UPI, or bank transfer; card and banking credentials never touch our systems.
- Bank and card statements show the legal entity name or the gateway's descriptor.
- GST invoices are issued for all corporate orders and on request for any order.
- Refunds follow the published Refund & Cancellation Policy: initiated within 2 business days of approval, credited in 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
08Food safety commitment
Both kitchens operate under FSSAI licences with documented hygiene protocols — ingredient traceability, temperature-controlled storage, daily sanitisation, and trained food handlers. Everything we serve is prepared in-house by our own team; nothing is outsourced to third-party kitchens. Allergen information for any dish is available on request, and declared allergies are flagged on every kitchen ticket.
